Return & Refund Policy

At Porsche Gallery, we take pride in creating premium automotive artwork designed for enthusiasts and collectors. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review the return policy below.

By placing an order through Porsche Gallery, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy, as well as our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.


Standard Returns

Most non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • In original condition

  • Free from damage, alterations, or excessive wear

  • Packaged securely to prevent damage during return transit

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part.


Custom & Personalized Artwork

Due to the custom-made nature of personalized and commissioned artwork, custom orders are not eligible for refunds.

Custom orders may qualify for replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product contains a manufacturing defect

  • The artwork produced does not match the approved design proof

Approved custom order returns may be eligible for store credit at Porsche Gallery’s sole discretion.

Store credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used by the original purchaser.


Limited Edition & Made-to-Order Products

Many Porsche Gallery products are printed and produced specifically for each order.

Made-to-order and limited-edition products may be returned only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item contains a manufacturing defect

  • The incorrect item was shipped

We reserve the right to deny returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color expectations, or ordering mistakes.


Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery by emailing:

support@porschegallery.com

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Email address used for purchase

  • Reason for return

  • Photographs if the item is damaged or defective

Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Returns shipped without prior authorization may be refused.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

These images help us investigate shipping claims and expedite a resolution.

Upon approval, Porsche Gallery may provide:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A full or partial refund

The remedy offered will be determined at our sole discretion.


Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be received in resalable condition.

Items showing excessive wear, damage, misuse, alterations, or improper handling may be subject to a partial refund or may be rejected entirely.

If returned merchandise is damaged due to inadequate packaging during return shipment, any resulting loss in value may be deducted from the refund amount.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective:

  • Custom artwork

  • Personalized artwork

  • Commissioned pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Clearance or final sale items


Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Porsche Gallery directly regarding any order issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly and professionally.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions and submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor.
